What kind of listing content and photos are allowed on Niteflirt?

This information has been put together to help both new & veteran flirts stay informed about Niteflirt's rules regarding photos, listing text & call content.

This page is made possible by the many hardworking & dedicated Flirts who dialogue with Playfair in order to clarify points of confusion regarding the Niteflirt member agreement.

Using the info on this page as a guide will help you stay in compliance with Niteflirt rules and avoid the hassle of listing suspensions.  In addition, complying with Niteflirt's rules helps keep the platform running smoothly and keeps the site safely in compliance with obscenity laws and other laws governing the "porn" industry.

On this page you'll find answers given by Playfair in regards to specific questions that were asked by a group of Flirts in 2004 and 2005 and some updates that have been given on the Community Forum and private emails since then.

But first, you will want to read the PlayFair Basics page which has some extremely valuable info for us.

Next, you will want to read the Flirt Rules page, the Photo Policy and the Adult Policy which are all parts of the Member Agreement.   Then, continue on with reading all the questions and answers on this page.

When you have questions about whether something is allowed or not, go to these pages and use the "FIND" feature in your browser to look for the keywords your question contains.  For those not familiar with the FIND feature, the key combo {CTRL-F} gets you there in most browsers.  Or look on your "EDIT" menu.

2. When a listing links to a personal website, how far into that site does Playfair go to determine it's an acceptable link? Just the first page? One click, two etc? Play Fair researches the entire content of the site.

3. If a group page does not use reciprocal links within NF and only brings in outside traffic, are any of these standards lowered? no.

4. Can we link to personal websites that require membership/age verification (via an AVS etc)? yes

5. Are there any restrictions on using graphics (hearts, stars etc) to cover genitals, nipples etc in nude pictures? What requirements do these graphics have to follow? no, as long as everything is covered.

Thank you again for your time. Any other comments you'd like to include are more than welcome. If there is anything specific that is on Playfair's list of no-no's that I haven't included, please add them. We are trying to make this a better site for Niteflirt and the speakers.

To answer your questions:

1. Specifically, Blood Play is not a violation. However, we do not permit menstruation content. As with most of our policies it is either permitted or it is not - there isn't a line someone must cross for it to no longer be permitted. We have not had any issues with this topic which is why currently it is permitted. However, this may change in the future.

2. In regards to personal sites: We do our best to allow members freedom to run their own business while also enforcing our policies. We do not want to restrict our Speakers, especially those with an established business outside of NiteFlirt, by not permitting them to do link exchanges and such on their personal sites. Therefore, we do not monitor banner ads on personal sites. However, there are some things we do not permit. Links to direct competitors, such as TalkSugar, will no be permitted. A site that only points to banners and does not provide any additional information about the Speaker will not be permitted. But as long as the banners are simply that - banners - and not other ways to contact or pay that Speaker, we allow it. Personal sites is perhaps the most subjective policy we have and the hardest think to regulate. We want you to point to your site to entice callers to call you - but we can't allow Speakers to send our customers to their sites so they can be paid outside of NiteFlirt. It is true, a customer could come to NiteFlirt and find themselves on another site all together. This is true about most sites in the Adult Industry. If we were to prevent banner ads on personal sites, it would deter people from posting their personal sites which we feel often entice customers to place calls. I hope this is clear - if not, please let me know what needs further explanation.

Best,

Play Fair

RE: Other payment processors

Generally, no, you can not link from NiteFlirt to a service that offers other payments. However, in this case http://www.(removed url).com only accepts payment for membership, something we do not offer. Therefore, this is permited.

If you have a site you would like to put on your listings and you think it is ok, please feel free to send it to Play Fair for review.

Best,

Play Fair

Questions about photos answered by Playfair on the Niteflirt forum in 2005

This is taken with permission from Playfair. Some things you may not have been aware of before. Hope this helps some who are making new listings and such.

Quote:
As stated in NiteFlirt?s photo policy, we do not permit nudity or pornographic images. We consider nudity to include any portion of genitalia, female nipple and areola or ?butt crack.? Photos of a model wearing clothing that is sheer and allows any of the above mentioned portions of their body to be seen is not permitted.

We do allow photos that are altered to cover the nudity. This includes graphics or strategically placed hands or other objects. However, the nudity must be completely covered. We also allow photos of models wearing thong underwear as long as it is apparent that the model is wearing underwear ? if you have a photo of a model in a thong, but the thong can not be seen and there is ?crack? showing, we will not permit the photo.

n regards to pornographic images, NiteFlirt does not permit photos of sex toys or images of models engaging in sexually explicit activity, even if that activity is covered by graphics. We also do not permit photos of bodily fluids or any photo containing an animal or a stuffed animal (as it can be construed as bestiality).

Ahotsexychick > good idea on adding links to rules and regulations in join and listing emails. We?ll look into it and see what can be done.

Isabella Valentine, here are the answers to your questions:

1) can we show a nude body where the nipples and genitals are covered with censored symbols? Yes
2) can we show a nude body where the nipples and genitals are covered with hands or skin? Yes
3) can we show a pair of pantyhose that may show the crackline of the buttocks? No
4) can we show implied nudity (nipples and genitals are hidden but everyone knows the person is naked)? Yes
5) can we show artistic nudity (nipples and genitals covered in shadows)? No
6) can we show a pair of panties that show the outline of the genitals even though they are not sheer? Probably, but if you have a photo that can be described in this manner, please send it to Play Fair before posting.
7) can we show a body wearing a t-shirt where nipples are visually hard? Yes, unless you can see through the shirt for some reason.
8) can we show a pair of panties where the panties are NOT sheer, but have a wet spot? No
9) can we show ANY clothing that is sheer? If so, what is allowed and what is not. Sheer clothing is only permitted if there is no nudity showing.
10) can we show a person masturbating on the outside of their panties? We do permit photos of ?hands down pants? or photos of hands covering panties. If you have a specific photo you have a question about, please send it to us.

In regards to the questions of ?Family Names,? NiteFlirt does not permit incest, incest fantasies or anything that can be construed as such. We do permit ?Sugar Daddies? and ?MILF? fantasies. We also permit you to use the terms Grandma, Mother or the like if, and only if, you are describing your character. We do not permit any mention of relations between family members, including step siblings or step children.

We realize that some of the lines we draw may seem arbitrary but a line must be drawn. Due to the nature of the business, we change our policies as necessary. We do this to ensure the safety of all members of NiteFlirt as keeping a safe community is Play Fair's top priority.

As far as bodily fluids, they finally clarified that. Playfair posted
on the Niteflirt foruma couple of days ago and said they only mean
"poo, pee and blood" when they say bodily fluids.

Can we sell "text chat" sessions for a specific number of minutes with payment mail or buttons?

Can we sell "cam only" - cam shows without phone calls - using payment mail or buttons?

What kind of listings are allowed to list in the phone/cam category of Niteflirt?

Answer from the Community Team on 5/25/2006.

My apologies for not being more clear. Let me try to answer all of your questions.

Where I previously wrote: “We allow Flirts to offer cam sessions in the Phone with Cam area of NiteFlirt only.”

I should have written: “We allow Flirts to offer cam sessions in the Phone with Cam area of NiteFlirt and they must provide cam with a phone service to be listed in this category.” If you offer cam with a phone service in other categories, it is not a violation of our policies. Again, my apologies for the confusion.

However, you must offer cam. You may not offer a video or offer to watch the caller on cam. If you don’t provide a cam, or your cam is broken, of for some reason you don’t want to do cam on a particular day you may not make your listing available to take calls.

Text Sessions: No, we do not allow you to use NiteFlirt to pay for text only sessions. Much like ‘cam only,’ we are not able to monitor that the service was provided therefore we do not permit this service to be exchanged through our service. If you can’t exchange it over our platform, you please do not sell it through our platform.

Can you sell Cam only and text only services through another payment service and link to that option from your NiteFlirt listing? No. We do consider that competitive and do not permit it. Unfortunately, for NiteFlirt Members cam only and text sessions (without a phone service) are not an option.

REGARDING PHOTO HOSTING & SLIDE SHOWS

Please use any service you wish to host photos. However, we ask that you do not link to a third party service or include any other type of advertisements on your listing. As this pertains to hosting of photos, if the hosting requires you to link back to their site or requires branding such as the URL on your photo, it will not be permitted.

REGARDING GENDER CATEGORIES & NUDITY IN THE TRANSGENDER CATEGORY

ANSWER GIVEN BY PLAYFAIR IN THE NITEFLIRT FORUM 2006

LINK:  http://www.niteflirt.com/CommunityServer/forums/post/96691.aspx

Play Fair only enforces the Find Men, Find Women and Find Transgender categories based on the character being portrayed in the account.  Meaning, the actual gender of the person taking the calls is not our concern, but rather the character or the fantasy being provided.

Members are only allowed to place listings in either: Find Women, Find Men or Find Transgender. And not a combination of both.  If your character is a transgender, all listings must be in the Find Transgender category. If your character is a woman, all listings must be in the Find Women category.

In regards to photos, Play Fair does not permit photos of nude female breasts. If a character / model in the Transgender category has breasts which were augmented to appear as female breasts, they may not appear as nude. If a character / model’s body is male, they would be permitted to be topless.
