The non-animated graphics and the graphics that are not too large can be uploaded to Niteflirt with the photo upload tool. Once you upload the graphic to Niteflirt, you can grab the code by going back to the photo upload page and clicking "View All Images". Look for the code that starts with <img src and copy that.
Animated graphics will not work if you upload them to Niteflirt. You will need your own hosting space. Follow the instructions you were given to "upload files". To get them on your page you use this code:
